Wilma Li is a dynamic Intercultural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Executive Coach and Facilitator with a passion for catalyzing culturally inclusive mindsets and attitudes. With over two decades of experience, Wilma has partnered with high-impact brands to maximize the performance of global leaders and teams across four continents.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognized by the International Coaching Federation, Wilma leverages her deep curiosity and solution-focused approach to facilitate leadership development and drive organizational change. Her expertise spans cross-cultural inclusive leadership, human resources management, and organizational development.

Wilma has worked with a diverse range of organizations, including Niche Technology, CoachHub, FSQ Consulting, Sirva, Infopro Learning, Felix Global, Cadence Leadership and Communication, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She has also contributed her expertise to Toombs Inc., Precision Drilling, and Right Management, demonstrating her versatility across various industries and sectors.

Her multicultural background and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin enable her to connect with diverse leaders and teams, fostering environments of trust and psychological safety. Wilma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Financial Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She is actively involved in the coaching community, serving as a Director-at-Large on the Board of Directors for the ICF Calgary Chapter.
